Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Digital Content Exception

However, please note that for digital content (including game credits and virtual items): Your right of withdrawal expires immediately if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

In other words, once you have accessed, used, or consumed the digital items, the sale is final and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you have not used any credits and wish to request a refund within 14 days:

  • Send an email to support@t-signal.app
  • Include your purchase email and transaction date
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received, we will process it without undue delay. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
